A BINBIN trial placement
A trial placement means you get a BINBIN waste bin on location temporarily, so you can test whether it fits your workplace. Think of aspects such as ease of cleaning, placement, appearance, and how employees behave when it comes to waste separation. This helps build internal support and lets you decide together which system suits you best.
The trial period
The trial period is standard two weeks. In practice, this is usually enough to get a clear picture of how the system works. Not sure, or does your situation call for more time? Then we’re happy to discuss an extension together.

A trial placement is intended for companies and organisations considering the purchase of at least 7 waste systems. Think of an office, educational institution, healthcare organisation, or other professional workplace where waste separation matters. We always draw up an order confirmation beforehand, so both parties know where they stand.

The process
The trial placement process is simple and fully tailored to your wishes for a custom waste bin:
- Simply request a trial placement via our website.
- One of our representatives will contact you to discuss your needs and prepare a tailored proposal.
- Once you agree, you’ll receive an order confirmation.
- We take care of delivering or placing the waste bin(s) on location.
- After two weeks, we’ll call you to discuss your experience and, if desired, draw up a final quote.
If you’re happy with the system, the bin stays in place and you’ll receive an invoice. Would you prefer a different model? No problem, we’ll pick up the trial setup and deliver your preferred bin.
After the trial placement
After the trial period, we always call you. During that conversation, we discuss your experience and share our expertise to determine the ideal next step. This forms the basis for a suitable quote and, if desired, a long-term partnership.

An extension is not standard practice. Two weeks is usually enough to get a clear picture, but if you have doubts or a specific situation calls for it, we’re happy to discuss the possibilities together.

A trial placement is intended for organisations considering at least 7 systems. Have a smaller need? Feel free to get in touch, we’re happy to think along about a suitable solution.
Do I need to sign anything upfront?
You don’t sign a purchase agreement. We record the trial placement in an order confirmation, together with an indicative quote for the desired quantity. This quote is not yet binding.
What happens if the trial placement system doesn’t work out?
No problem. We pick up the trial setup and you’re not committed to anything.
What does a trial placement cost?
You pay nothing during the trial period itself. We use trial bins that resemble your desired setup as closely as possible, these are always returned to us afterwards. Only once you decide to keep the system do you receive an invoice.
