BINBINs are primarily designed for indoor environments such as offices, schools, and public buildings. Some models and materials are also suitable for outdoor areas when adapted, we’ll be happy to recommend the best option for your location.

We offer a wide range of models, from single units to modular waste separation stations. Varying in size, material, and capacity. Each model is designed to make waste separation intuitive, hygienic, and visually consistent with your workspace. You can explore all models and configurations in our shop.

BINBIN products are designed and produced in the Netherlands, Czech Republic and South Africa. By producing locally in both regions, we ensure high-quality standards while reducing our carbon footprint. This approach helps us lower shipping distances and costs, making it more sustainable to serve our customers in Europe and Africa.

Please inspect your delivery upon arrival. If you notice damage or missing items, report it within 48 hours to our support team, including photos and your order reference. We’ll quickly arrange a replacement or repair.

Standard products can be returned within 14 days in unused condition and original packaging.
Custom-made products, including color, logo, or layout modifications, cannot be returned, as they are produced specifically to your requirements. For any concerns, our team will help you find a suitable solution.

Once your order is ready, you’ll receive a delivery update with tracking details or a scheduled delivery date. Our team will coordinate directly with you or your logistics partner to ensure a smooth and timely delivery.

Yes, we offer white-glove delivery. This service ensures your BINBINs are ready for use immediately upon arrival. Availability depends on your location.

We ship throughout Europe, the United Kingdom, and South Africa, with logistics optimized for each region. Shipping costs depend on order size, destination, and delivery requirements. You’ll receive a detailed quote including transport costs before confirming your order.

Standard BINBIN models are usually produced and delivered within 4–6 weeks.
Custom designs or special finishes may take 6–10 weeks, depending on materials and production planning. Our team will always confirm the estimated delivery date when you place your order.

We accept bank transfer payments and other methods upon agreement. For orders within the EU, VAT is charged according to your company’s VAT number and location. International customers outside the EU are typically exempt from VAT, depending on local import regulations.
