A BINBIN trial placement

A trial placement means that you will temporarily receive a BINBIN waste bin on site so that you can test whether it suits your workplace. Consider aspects such as ease of cleaning, placement, appearance and, of course, employee behaviour when it comes to waste separation. This trial setup helps to create internal support and to jointly determine which system best suits your needs.

The trial placement period
The trial period lasts two weeks as standard. In practice, this is often sufficient to get a good idea of how it works. Are there any doubts or specific circumstances that require more time? Then we are happy to discuss an extension, always in consultation.

Who is it intended for?
The trial placement is available to companies and organisations that are considering purchasing at least 7 waste systems. This could be an office, an educational institution, a healthcare organisation or any other professional working environment where waste separation is relevant. An order confirmation is always drawn up in advance, so that both parties are clear about the agreements.

Why choose a trial placement?
A trial placement offers organisations the opportunity to familiarise themselves with how our waste systems work without any risk. Not only can you see how they fit into your interior, but also whether they actually improve waste separation behaviour. This means you don’t have to make a decision based on assumptions, but on real experience. In addition, you will receive personalised advice from us, tailored to your situation.

The process

The trial placement process is simple and fully tailored to your requirements for a customised waste bin:

  1. Simply request a trial placement via our website.
  2. One of our sales representatives will contact you to discuss your requirements and prepare a customised proposal.
  3. Once agreed, you will receive an order confirmation.
  4. We will arrange for the delivery or placement of the waste bin(s) on site.
  5. After two weeks, we will contact you by telephone to discuss your experience and draw up a final quotation if desired.

If you are satisfied with the system, the bin will remain in place and an invoice will follow. Would you prefer a different model? No problem! We will collect the trial setup and deliver the preferred bin.

After the trial placement

After the trial period, we will always contact you by telephone. During that conversation, we will discuss your experiences and share our knowledge to determine the ideal next step. This forms the basis for a suitable quotation and, if desired, a long-term partnership.

Would you like a trial placement at your organisation? Fill in the contact form at the top of this page or schedule an appointment with our specialist.

Still have questions?

Below are the most common questions about our trial placements.

Can the trial period be extended?

An extension is not standard practice. Two weeks is usually enough to get a clear picture, but if you have doubts or a specific situation calls for it, we’re happy to discuss the possibilities together.

What if we need fewer than 7 waste systems?

A trial placement is intended for organisations considering at least 7 systems. Have a smaller need? Feel free to get in touch, we’re happy to think along about a suitable solution.

Do I need to sign anything upfront?

You don’t sign a purchase agreement. We record the trial placement in an order confirmation, together with an indicative quote for the desired quantity. This quote is not yet binding.

What happens if the system doesn’t work out?

No problem. We pick up the trial setup and you’re not committed to anything.

What does a trial placement cost?

You pay nothing during the trial period itself. We use trial bins that resemble your desired setup as closely as possible, these are always returned to us afterwards. Only once you decide to keep the system do you receive an invoice.
