Fill out the form and you will receive a custom offer within 1 working day. Read more about our trial placement process below the form on this page.
A trial placement means that you will temporarily receive a BINBIN waste bin on site so that you can test whether it suits your workplace. Consider aspects such as ease of cleaning, placement, appearance and, of course, employee behaviour when it comes to waste separation. This trial setup helps to create internal support and to jointly determine which system best suits your needs.
The trial placement period
The trial period lasts two weeks as standard. In practice, this is often sufficient to get a good idea of how it works. Are there any doubts or specific circumstances that require more time? Then we are happy to discuss an extension, always in consultation.
Who is it intended for?
The trial placement is available to companies and organisations that are considering purchasing at least five waste systems. This could be an office, an educational institution, a healthcare organisation or any other professional working environment where waste separation is relevant. An order confirmation is always drawn up in advance, so that both parties are clear about the agreements.
Why choose a trial placement?
A trial placement offers organisations the opportunity to familiarise themselves with how our waste systems work without any risk. Not only can you see how they fit into your interior, but also whether they actually improve waste separation behaviour. This means you don’t have to make a decision based on assumptions, but on real experience. In addition, you will receive personalised advice from us, tailored to your situation.
The trial placement process is simple and fully tailored to your requirements for a customised waste bin:
If you are satisfied with the system, the bin will remain in place and an invoice will follow. Would you prefer a different model? No problem! We will collect the trial setup and deliver the preferred bin.
After the trial placement
After the trial period, we will always contact you by telephone. During that conversation, we will discuss your experiences and share our knowledge to determine the ideal next step. This forms the basis for a suitable quotation and, if desired, a long-term partnership.
